This is a collection of tracks I made between 1986 and 1988 mainly using the Yamaha CX5M music computer (with the FM Music Composer cartridge plus Yamaha CS-5 and Casio SK5 synths), and a handful of unfinished tracks from 1998-1999 using Cubasis and a Yamaha MU-10 sound module.

These are recordings of the only audio cassette I made (and kept) and have been polished up with Ableton 10.

I had kept some notes from the original tracks – and when I was looking through them, I found a track I had written out on music manuscript paper in 1986 but I had never recorded. Using an emulation of the Yamaha CX5M I tried to recreate it as near as possible with 1980s equipment (a Fostex X15 multitrack tape deck and an emulation of the Yamaha CS-5) – this is the track “Forgotten”. A track (called “Extra #1”) I made whilst relearning 30+year old software is also included.
